Witryna jest nieosiągalna po instalacji php

Witaam mam kolejny problem instalując kolejny raz php nas vps
wszystko poszło dobrze poza tym iż gdy zrestartuje apache to pisze że witryna jest nieosiągalna pomoze ktoś??

Czy korzystasz z iptables lub innego firewalla? Czy wcześniej witryna działała?

przed restartem apache działał po już nie
